About HuntLead
What is HuntLead?
HuntLead is a marketplace for verified, high-intent business leads. Unlike scraped list providers, every batch we sell includes evidence of active ad spend, bounce-tested email addresses, carrier-verified phone numbers, and a verified decision maker contact.
What makes HuntLead different from other lead providers?
Three things: (1) Every lead has screenshot proof of live ad spend — they are actively marketing. (2) Every email is deliverability-verified before shipping. (3) Every batch is scored by HuntScore™, our proprietary 100-point buying-intent scoring system.
What industries do you cover?
We focus on local service businesses: HVAC, roofing, solar, med spas, dental, plumbing, landscaping, and more. We expand niches based on demand — join the waitlist to request a niche.
Buying & Payments
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. HuntLead is strictly pay-per-batch. You pay once per batch and own that data forever. No recurring charges, no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
If a batch has verifiable data quality issues (e.g., more than 10% hard bounces within 30 days), we will issue a full refund or credit. Contact support within 30 days of purchase.
Lead Data & Quality
How fresh are the leads?
Every batch is researched within 30 days of its publication date. Ad spend activity is verified at the time of research, and email deliverability is checked within 7 days of publishing.
What does a batch include?
Each batch ships with: business name, owner/decision-maker name, verified email, verified phone, city/state, active ad platform, buying signal tags, and HuntScore™ rating. Delivered as PDF + CSV.
Can I preview a batch before buying?
Yes. Every batch shows a censored preview — you can see the business name, city, and buying signals before purchasing. Full contact details are revealed after payment.
What is HuntScore™?
HuntScore™ is our proprietary 100-point scoring system that measures buying intent across 8 signals: active Meta ads, active Google ads, verified owner contact, verified email, verified phone, landing page quality, marketing activity level, and growth signals.
Account & Downloads
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. A free account is required to make purchases and access your downloads. Sign up with just your email — we use magic link authentication, no password needed.
Can I re-download my purchases?
Yes. All purchased batches are accessible from your account dashboard at any time. There is no expiry on your downloads.
How do I access my purchases?
After signing in, navigate to Account → My Purchases. All your unlocked batches will be listed with download links.
Auctions
How do auctions work?
Premium high-density batches (100–200+ leads) are auctioned rather than sold at fixed prices. You place bids in real time and the highest bidder at close wins full access to the batch. Live WebSocket bidding is launching Q3 2025.
What happens if I'm outbid?
You'll receive an email notification if you're outbid, giving you the chance to place a new bid before the auction closes.
