Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HuntLead (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HuntLead is a marketplace for purchasing curated lead batches containing contact information for business decision-makers. Lead data is provided for lawful B2B outreach purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You may use purchased lead data for:

• Legitimate B2B sales and marketing outreach
• Market research and analysis
• CRM import and contact management

You may not use lead data to:

• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR
• Resell or redistribute the data to third parties
• Compile derivative lead databases for commercial sale
• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion if verifiable data quality issues are reported within 30 days of purchase (e.g., hard bounce rate above 10%). Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or sales performance.

5. Data Accuracy

While we take significant steps to verify lead data, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Business contact information can change. HuntLead is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated data.

6. Intellectual Property

Batch data is licensed to you for internal business use only. Ownership of the underlying data compilation remains with HuntLead. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data you purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

HuntLead's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to misuse the Service or its data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
