When you use HuntLead, we collect:

• Account data: Email address provided during sign-up.
• Purchase data: Transaction records, batch IDs purchased, payment status.
• Usage data: Pages visited, batches viewed, timestamps — collected via server logs.
• Device data: Browser type, IP address, operating system for security and analytics.

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and process purchases
• To deliver your purchased lead batches
• To send transactional emails (receipts, magic links)
• To improve the Service and detect abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Application hosting and analytics

All providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time via our contact page.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

We implement industry-standard security measures: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, and row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a unique email and report any suspicious activity immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
